Our Northwest Portland office is located in the Pettygrove Medical Center just north of Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital at 2230 NW Pettygrove Street. We are on the second floor in Suite 210. The Oncology and Pediatrics Urology is located in 2226 NW Pettygrove Street. Across the coutyard from main office. Free parking is available at the Pettygrove Medical Center.
